Cancellation Policy
Deposit will be due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due 5 days prior to the event date. Contract must be signed in order to proceed with booking. Should you cancel the booking, and if the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be processed, less the non-refundable deposit. This is, however, subject to receiving a cancellation notice at least 5 business days before the event date.
